Challange
Cheeky Matcha had a brand personality that was working. What they didn't have was a packaging system that could scale.
They came in with a 30g bag and a list of formats that needed to follow it — bags, cans, gift boxes, a wholesale brochure, stickers, a market stall tent. Extending an existing identity is harder than starting from scratch, because every decision has to feel native to the brand rather than bolted on.



Goal
Build out the full packaging system without losing what made the brand feel right.
A suite that held together across every surface and format — from a 30g bag to a market stall tent — where every piece felt like it had always been part of the system.
Solution
We added typefaces to the existing base, developed custom graphics, and built out the full packaging suite.
30g, 100g and 1kg bags, a second product variation, single serve cans, gift and PR boxes, a wholesale brochure, stickers and a market stall tent. Every format held. The checkerboard travelled.
