Challange
Hiatus Kaiyote had a one-off Vivid Sydney show at the Sydney Opera House. No merch brief. No existing relationship.
This started as a cold pitch — an unsolicited concept sent to a Grammy-winning band ahead of a sold-out show. It had to be good enough to say yes to.

Goal
Design something worth pitching blind — and worth wearing at the Sydney Opera House.
A concept that felt right for the artist and the occasion, without the benefit of a brief or a brief relationship.
Solution
In collaboration with Jungle Merchandise, we approached Hiatus Kaiyote unsolicited with a design concept. They said yes.
The design went into production as a limited run tee, sold exclusively for the show.
