Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of tigera.com.au and any design services provided by Tigera ("we," "us," "the studio"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Introduction
Tigera Design is an editorial brand studio based in Sydney, Australia, operated by Alexandra Hunt (ABN 64 296 517 536). We provide brand identity, packaging, editorial design, reports and apparel design services to clients in Australia and internationally.

2. Services
The scope of work for each project is agreed in writing before work begins - via a proposal, statement of work or project brief. Any work outside that scope will be discussed and quoted separately before we proceed.
We reserve the right to decline, pause or terminate a project if the working relationship or project direction is no longer viable. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver work on time and to standard, we need your cooperation. By engaging Tigera Design, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project information at the outset. Respond to requests for feedback, approvals and assets within agreed timeframes. Ensure you have the right to use any materials (copy, images, trademarks) you supply to us. Not use our work for purposes outside the agreed scope without written permission.
Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets or changes in project direction may affect timelines and costs. We will flag this as early as possible.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. As a general rule:
A deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due on or before final delivery. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.
Refunds are not available for work already completed and delivered. If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment is owed for all work completed to that point. We will provide a clear account of work completed upon request.
All fees are quoted and invoiced in Australian dollars unless otherwise agreed. International clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees or currency conversion costs.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drafts and work-in-progress materials remain the property of Tigera Design until final payment is received in full.
On receipt of final payment, you receive the rights to use the final agreed deliverables for the purposes outlined in the project scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tigera Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies and promotional materials.
Preliminary concepts and rejected directions remain the property of Tigera Design and may not be used without written agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your project details, business information or materials with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
In return, we ask that any proprietary tools, processes or methodologies we share during a project are treated with the same discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take our work seriously and stand behind the quality of what we deliver. That said, Tigera Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website - including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss or business interruption.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
8. Website Usage
This website is provided for information purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from tigera.com.au without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee the website will be available at all times or free from errors.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at tigera.com.au. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By engaging Tigera Design, all parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. International clients may have rights under their local consumer protection laws that these terms do not override.
