Challange
Padang Padang Estate needed to earn the attention of serious property investors without feeling like every other premium Bali pitch deck.
A boutique villa development in Uluwatu built around sustainability, natural materials and a specific sense of place — the brand and documents had to reflect that distinction. Everything was being built from scratch, with no existing identity to work from.



Goal
Build a brand and pitch deck that communicated the estate's craft and specificity to investors who've seen everything.
An identity and document suite that felt handmade where the property did, and rigorous where the investment case required it — cohesive from cover to close.

Solution
The logomark references the estate's distinctive half-gates. A custom typeface was developed to carry the editorial character across all documents.
The creative direction landed on 80% design-led craft to 20% lifestyle — deep ulin wood tones as the base, turquoise and a juiced-up rust as highlights, soft paper textures and ink grain giving the documents a handmade quality that matched the build philosophy. The pitch deck applied this across the full investment story: location, design philosophy, sustainability credentials, floor plans, ROI projections and payment structure.
